The Be Jolly House is a turn of the century large house built in 1890. Its character is of early 19 century flavor.
It is available for short or long-term rentals for groups up to 16+ individuals.
It is comprised of 7 bedrooms with TV's and AC's in each room and various bedding arrangements for sleeping 16+ persons.

It is comprised of 7 bedrooms with TV's and AC's in each room and various bedding arrangements for sleeping 16+ persons.
In addition, the other room accommodations are as follows; a large living room / a fully equipped kitchen & dining room seating 10 and 14 respectively, a billiard table & bar room with a four person infra-red cedar sauna, blue tooth stereo, high top tables and a small fridge. There islarge rear covered deck with BBQ, refrigerator & fire pit (propane provided) with picnic table seating 14 & and a wraparound front and side entrance deck with seating and tables. It has two full bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a laundry room with a washer and dryer located off the downstairs dining room.
We offer wi-fi & blue tooth speakers & stereo in the be Jolly house and the Pub. There are SMART TV'S in every room! Although we do not have a paid TV service, you can ascertain other personal streaming services (Netflix, Etc,) that you have access to.
This is a "NON-SMOKING & DRUG FREE LODGE OF ANY PRODUCT" within the interior of the lodge or on the attached exterior property of both the LODGE and the PUB!
Smoking of legal tobacco products is permitted on the exterior decks or the exterior attached grounds.
Please do not throw your tobacco products on the ground. There are ashtrays located outside on the decks.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY! Violation of this policy is subject to immediate removal!

THE "FREEHOLD COUNTRY PUB" was voted by Hudson Valley Magazine "THE BEST PUB IN THE HUDSON VALLEY REGION" in 2014!
WE are a family oriented, upscale PUB offering a variety of menu selections as well as daily specials. Our Pub serves a full menu, a late-night bar menu, a wide selection of bottled and draft beers: domestic, imports, & micro brews.
WE have a unique, casual atmosphere and a warm, inviting comfortable ambiance as well as a private room for small parties (up to forty) and a game room as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, and plate ware . There is a propane supplied BBQ located on the back deck off the kitchen entrance.
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: blender / four burner top and oven / counter top broiler, a microwave / a slow electric crock pot cooker / two toasters / a George Foreman Grill / a dishwasher, a wine fridge cooler / a side by side refrigerator & freezer / seating for 12 to 14.

1) One upstairs: The first with access from both sides of the upstairs bedrooms!
There are 2 bedrooms on the backside of the 2nd floor & 3 bedrooms on the front side.
This is a full bathroom with a shower / tub.
2) One downstairs: The second bathroom is off the dining room. It is also a full bathroom with a stand-up large shower stall.
